Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap) is a browser-based tool for building and managing online surveys and databases to collect and secure both high risk and non-high risk data, or both administrative and research purposes. Illinois REDCap is provided at no cost to faculty, staff, and students at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
IHSI’s Illinois REDCap team provides a variety of resources and support for Illinois investigators and REDCap users, including workshops, office hours, and training, as well as consultation and support. Illinois REDCap is administered by the Interdisciplinary Health Sciences Institute (IHSI) and powered by Research IT via the Office of the Chief Information Officer, with education and training support from the University Library.
